Nudestix is a fast growing, entrepreneurial color cosmetics brand founded by beauty veteran Jenny Frankel and her two daughters. Nudestix offers a collection of easy-to-apply, no fuss multipurpose crayons in nude shades. The brand’s motto “go nude but better” emphasizes the “less is more” philosophy of using makeup to enhance one’s unique beauty rather than covering it up.

The Nudestix Retail Sales Executive is a goal-oriented expert in the Beauty Retail business and will be responsible for executing marketing and education strategy as well as meeting sales objectives. This infield role is to provide brand education, client makeup selling, event planning and to create a fun and inspiring experience for in store teams. Brand education will include product knowledge, marketing strategy, brand focuses, merchandising updates, makeup techniques and event planning.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Executing Marketing and education strategies
  • Work closely with the Sephora Category team and Digital team on omnichannel strategies to support Nudestix growth in Australia
  • Successfully plan, organize and conduct events at the store level and PR/media events
  • Work with the Sephora Training team on developing store teams knowledge and confidence with the Nudestix products to enhance the customers experience and maximize sales
  • In-store brand support to drive sell-through volume and conduct impactful sales-driven events to help Nudestix achieve sales goals
  • Continuously assess and evaluate each door’s productivity, sales and training results with REM
  • Maintain weekly communication regarding business opportunities, results, successes; complete and submit post-event recaps and weekly reports in a timely manner
  • Be a professional role model for the brand in-store through training and event activities
  • Regularly visit doors and work with store teams to support the needs of the business
  • Develop relationships with key retail and digital contacts

Qualifications and experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail in Australia (sales and/or education)
  • Minimum of two (2) years in cosmetics trade marketing, Field sales or training.
  • Strong aptitude for product knowledge, brand messaging, artistry, training and customer centric selling skills
  • Basic computer skills a must- Microsoft Office Word, Outlook; Powerpoint, Excel proficiency helpful
  • Understanding of/experience working with Sephora helpful
